Dunston IT currently look after the IT requirements of around 60 nursing homes in the South and South East of England. Our friendly and experienced staff are able to offer a comprehensive and cost effective range of services from inclusive support contracts, a Helpdesk which is available for 10 hours a day to the supply and installation of new equipment such as PCs, Servers, printers and internet/mail services.
Dunston IT have been in existence since 1995 and are a family run business and was set up to provide assistance to businesses with upto around 100 PCs and as little as just 1. Our attention to detail and levels of service have helped us retain our clients for the long term. Our first 5 clients are still with us after 15 years, a record we're extremely proud of.
In recent years Dunston IT have become more involved with providing services to nursing homes and offer a 'one stop shop' service to these clients so that all IT needs can be fulfilled with just one phone call.
